Abstract
Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS) is an abrupt-onset polyneuropathy characterized by progressive limb weakness and areflexia, which is often associated with antecedent infection. Not only limb weakness but also cranial neuropathies are regarded as clinical features of atypical GBS. We report an uncommon case of multiple cranial neuropathies after spinal arachnoiditis with detection of immunoglobulin G GM1 and GD1 autoantibodies, which might be an atypical form of GBS.
